Agreement, which will be provided to you. The Retainer Agreement
describes the matter upon which you initially engage Clark. You
will be charged for professional services and advice pursuant to
the Retainer Agreement.

Clark cannot guarantee the confidentiality of e-mail and/or
Online Contact Form submissions. Please do not send any
confidential information via email or the Online Contact Form.
